Technical support for AcceliCAD falls in to four categories...

01Installation support
Getting AcceliCAD installed and running on your system. This level of support is free for all registered users and is web-based.

02Subscription support
An optional 12 month software maintenance/support subscription is available. The technical support component provides you with unlimited high-priority email and web-based support direct from the US-based development support team. Maintenance/support subscribers are provided with access details after purchase.

03Casual support
Casual support queries can be directed through the no-cost, web-based tech support forum. This forum is available to registered AcceliCAD users only. Support is user-based and is also monitored by developer tech support.

04Australian-based support
An additional option is Australian-based tech support available below. This support is available to registered AcceliCAD users.
Australian-based support is provided for all matters on a fee per incident basis. Response time for this service can be faster for Australian, New Zealand and South East Asian users than waiting for US-based support. Support is web-based with an online ticket system. Support response and delivery is determined by the user-defined urgency of the incident.

To initiate a support request with the Australian Support Desk, please open teh Helpdesk using the link below. Installation and sales support is free. Support on any other matter is in a fee per incident basis and purchase of an incident or incident package is required before your problem can be examined. Quote your order number when opening the support ticket.

Maintenance

A 12 month software maintenance contract is available as an add-on at the time of purchase. It provides you with immediate advice of all verison updates to AcceliCAD and direct download access through a special secure link to the AcceliCAD support and development teams.

As an added bonus you also get 12 months of unlimited high-priority web-based support with guaranteed responses to all your queries direct from the US-based support team.

The maintenance contract must be purchased with a new AcceliCAD license or upgrade or within a month fo such a purchase. It is not otherwise available as a standalone service.

Owners of multiple seat licenses wishing to hold a maintenance and support contract must purchase the same number of support contracts corresponding to the number seats licensed.

Upgrades

You can upgrade to AcceliCAD 2009 at a discounted price in the following situations...

from any previous version of AcceliCAD
from any version or edition of Autodsys IntelliCAD
from any listed competitor CAD product

Upgrade pricing varies with your particular situation. Some situations have additional particular requirement to validate your entitlement to an upgrade discount.

Customisation

AcceliCAD is a highly customisable program. The most common customisations are in creation of template drawings and reusable blocks, but you can take it further and create routines and functions in LISP that can automate all kinds of tedious and repetitive design and drafting tasks.

Technical bookshop shelves are groaning under the weight of AutoCAD "how-to" books. All of these training resources will serve you equally as well when using AcceliCAD.
