Installing AcceliCAD is very similar whether you are installing the evaluation version or the fully licensed version.

The evaluation version is freely available for download from this website.

The licensed version can be downloaded from a link supplied to you when you purchase a license. At the same time you will be provided with a serial number.

Installation support is provided via an installation helpdesk and is free.

One-on-one technical support for all other matters is  provided as a commercial service. Tech support services is purchased either as a maintenance agreement with a new license or as an incident or incident 5-pack.

Alternatively registered users are welcome to get support through a user-driven support forum.
