All registered used have access to informtation through a user-supported, registered users-only web forum where most questions have been or can be answered by the user community. Subscribers have the added bonus advantage of guaranteed AccelliCAD support/development team response to every question asked.

This subscription is provided on a per license basis. If you have one license you may purchase one subscription. If you have 5 licenses, you must purchase 5 subscriptions.

Subscriptions are only sold with new licenses or upgrades  or within one month of such purchase and become effective from the date of purchase.

If you prefer you can purchase a perfect-bound, softcover printed version of the AcceliCAD User Manual. This manual is approximately 580 pages long. It contains virtually the same information that is provided in the PDF version that ships as standard with every AcceliCAD purchase.

Please note that any electronic version of the manual including the PDF version and any subsequent addenda or revisions may be slightly more up to date as the print version requires a longer production cycle and may not include all the latest inclusions into the program.

The hard-copy manual is an ideal accessory for offices that often have new users or contractors unfamiliar with AcceliCAD who may find a hard-copy reference very handy. In such circumstances one copy of the manual per five seats is usually quite adequate.
