Installing on Windows Vista or Windows 7 requires some particular attention to detail in order to get AcceliCAD correctly configured and operational.

After purchase you will be provided with a download link to the latest distribution version. When this is download to your hard disk follow the instructions below appropriate to your operating system.

Windows XP

1. Login to Windows as an administrator
2. Install the software by double-clicking on the install file
3. Start the software.  When prompted that you are in demo mode click OK.
4. Click the Register button and fill out the form and submit
5. Wait to receive the authorization code via email
6. To authorize start the software.  When prompted that you are in demo mode click OK.
7. Please use copy (CTRL-C) and paste (CTRL-V) to enter the authorization code instead of typing to make sure it is entered exactly as specified.
8. Press OK.

 Windows Vista or Windows 7:

1. To install right-click on the install file and select 'Run as administrator' then follow the rest of the prompts. 
2. To register right-click on the desktop icon and select 'Run as administrator'.  When prompted that you are in demo mode click OK.
3. Click the Register button and fill out the form and submit
4. Wait to receive the authorization code via email
5. To authorize right-click on the desktop icon and selecting 'Run as administrator'.  When prompted that you are in demo mode click OK.
6. Please use copy (CTRL-C) and paste (CTRL-V) to enter the authorization code instead of typing to make sure it is entered exactly as specified. If the username and serial number do not appear in the authorization window it means that you are not using 'Run as administrator' or the installation was not done correctly.
7. Press OK.
